Job Description

Locum Clinical Psychologist (Band 8a)

Location: Hammersmith, London
Contract: Locum – ASAP start, until End of July
Hours: 15 hours per week
Specialty: Inpatient Stroke Ward

Mind Professionals are looking for a Clinical Psychologist to provide locum cover for an inpatient stroke ward at Charing Cross Hospital.

The locum will provide a psychological service for adults receiving inpatient care following stroke and neurological injury. They will provide psychological assessment, formulation and brief therapeutic interventions to support emotional wellbeing, cognitive adjustment and rehabilitation during admission.

Requirements:
– HCPC registration at a Practitioner Psychologist
– Experience in a relevant role/setting (desirable)
