Locum Specialty Doctor – Older Adults/Dementia Service
Contract: Locum, ongoing
Service: Dementia Assessment and Support Service
Hours: Up to full time, Mon – Fri, 9am-5pm
Location: Telford
Rate: Negotiable
Requirements: Experience of memory assessments and diagnosis preferrable
