Community Occupational Therapist – Discharge to Assess
Location: Peterborough, Huntingdon or Cambourne, Cambridgeshire
Contract: Locum
Hours: Up to full time. Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, although flexible hours will be offered, including evenings and weekends.
Service: Community Discharge to Assess
Band: 6
On behalf of our NHS client Mind Professionals are looking for a locum occupational therapist to work for a Cambridgeshire based Rehabilitaiton Service.
You will provide rehabilitation as part of a multi-disciplinary team to patients who have been admitted for rehab in order to maximise their independence prior to returning home.
The role is community based and you will see patients in their own homes and care homes.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in a relevant clinical role/setting
– HCPC registration
