Job Description
Community Psychiatric Nurse / Social Worker – Adult Community Service
Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire
Contract: Locum. ASAP start – On-going
Hours: Up to full time. 37.5 hours Mon-Fri 9-5. Part time also considered.
Service Setting: Adult Community Mental Health
Band 5 and 6
We are looking for CPNs or Social workers to provide locum cover to an adult community mental health service based in Hemel Hempstead. Roles are available on a full or part time basis.
Duties include care coordination, some duty and initial assessments.
Requirements:
– Registration with NMC (nurses) or SWE (Social Workers)
– Community experience
