Consultant Psychiatrist – Forensic Services
Location: Stirchley, Birmingham, West Midlands
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time
Specialty: Forensic Services

Mind Professionals are looking for a Consultant Psychiatrist with MRCPsych and a CCT in either Forensic or General Adult Psychiatry for full-time work in Forensic Services, based at an adult mental healthcare facility, in Stirchley, Birmingham, West Midlands.
Key Responsibilities:
– The post holder will lead a full multi-disciplinary team and help shape services further through strategic decision-making, improvement projects and joint working with the company’s NHS partners.
– To undertake research projects as part of the company’s commitment to innovation and world-class care.
– The post holder will be required to undertake on call duties on a rota basis (currently one week in 6 weeks).
Requirements:
– Full GMC registration and licence to practise
– MRCPsych or equivalent
– CCT in Forensic or General Adult Psychiatry
