Locum Band 5 Practitioner
**URGENT**
Position: Band 5 Practitioner
Service: Primary Care
Location: Bolton, Lancashire
Rate: Escalated attractive rates
Hours: Full time. 37.5 hours per week.
o 2 days face to face & 3 days remote – this is non-negotiable
o BABCP Accredited & Post Graduate Certificate in PWP
o Previous experience working within a Primary Care Service
o The post-holder will work within the Primary Care Psychological Therapy Service providing low intensity interventions to clients with Common Mental Health Disorders
