Job Description
Locum Occupational Therapist (Band 6)
Location: Ilford, London, Greater London
Contract: Locum – ASAP start, 1 month
Hours: Full-time – Monday-Sunday, 08:00-20:00 (roster basis)
Specialty: Rehabilitation
Mind Professionals are looking for an Occupational Therapist with prior experience working in the NHS for full-time locum work, Monday to Sunday on a roster basis, covering 8am to 8pm, working in Intensive Rehabilitation and Therapy out of a hospital in Ilford, London, Greater London.
Key Responsibilities:
– Independent triage and assessment
– Facilitating safe discharges
– Provision of equipment
– Carrying out home visits
Requirements:
– HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
– Post-qualification experience as an Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist, preferably in a IDH/D2A Model
– Experience working in the NHS
– Access to a car is required
