Locum Social Worker
Location: Kenton, Middlesex
Contract: Locum – ASAP start, Ongoing
Hours: Part-time – 2 days p/w (Thursdays required for ward round)
Specialty: Rehabilitation / Inpatient
We are looking for a Social Worker for a part-time Locum role, working at a female high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) service that provides a care pathway for service users who are preparing to step down and help bridge the gap between hospital stays and community living.
Requirements:
– Registration with Social Work England
– Experience in a relevant role/setting (desirable)
– Skills and knowledge expected of a Social Worker
