Job Description
Locum Speech and Language Therapist – Special Educational Needs
Location: Albrighton, Wolverhampton, Shropshire
Contract: Locum
Hours: Part-time (22.5 hrs/week) – 3 days/week
Specialty: Special Educational Needs
Mind Professionals are looking for a Speech and Language Therapist for part-time locum work at a fully-integrated therapeutic, education and care centre which provides young people with the perfect backdrop to release their full potential, based in Albrighton, Wolverhampton, Shropshire.
Requirements:
– HCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist
– Be a specialist with proven skills and experience to engage and deliver therapeutic interventions with children and young people with complex needs
– Need experience of supporting teams around a child or young person to ensure they are being provided with clinically informed living and learning environments and experiences
– Be a confident, engaging and effective, model, guide, leader and trainer.
– Be highly organised and ready to take the initiative
– Be committed to ensuring the best outcomes for young people
