Job Description

Occupational Therapist
Location: Nottinghamshire
Contract: Locum, 8 weeks, full-time
Service: Community

We are looking for a locum Occupational Therapist to work within a community mental health service over 3 sites (Care Homes) . The service provides assessment and rehabilitation to patients who are unable to be discharged home from hospital due to requiring a period of assessment or rehabilitation, or to patients who require a step up from the community to prevent a hospital admission. The aim of the role is to promote independence and arrange safe discharges either back to the patient’s own home or onto long term care.
