Permanent Psychologist

Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands – Hybrid working permitted (2 days per week on site)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full Time or Part Time (min 2 days/15 hours per week)
Specialty: Employee Wellbeing
Salary: 53,000 – 60,000 (pro-rata to days worked, depending on qualifications and experience)

Mind Professionals are seeking a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist for a permanent hybrid position with a leading Occupational Health organisation.

The role involves provision of specialised psychology input to employees to assist minimisation of employee illness, injury, and absence and to restore physical and psychological function following injury or illness.

The post holder will hold a diverse clinical caseload with varied clinical presentations and will deliver high quality, 1-2-1 psychological assessment and treatment to high-functioning patients who are motivated to get well.

Requirements:
– HCPC registration as a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist
– Experience in a similar role providing a range of evidence-based psychological therapy models and brief therapy/interventions
– Experience working across a varied population, including adults, children, young people, and families.
– Experienced working with adults and a broad range of clinical experience.

Experience of conducting assessments for neurodevelopmental conditions such as autism and ADHD is highly desirable.
