Senior Psychologist
Location: Sutton, London, Greater London
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part-time – 2 days/week (Term-time)

Salary: £67,764 – £71,362 (pro rata) + excellent benefits
Mind Professionals are looking for a Clinical, Educational, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist for part-time (term-time) work as a Senior Psychologist, working with a private client specialising in Special Educational Needs for Children and Young People.
The post holder will be working at an independent, specialist day school based in Sutton, Greater London. This school provides high quality education for pupils (aged 11-19 years old) with a primary diagnosis of autism and additional needs such as ADHD, speech and language difficulties, sensory issues and associated behavioural difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
– To provide, as required, line management and clinical supervision to Psychologists within the allocated setting or region and /or to be responsible for developing relevant areas of specialism across the company.
– Ensure the needs and views of our children and young people are at the heart of everything you do: offering evidence based, holistic and child-centred assessments and interventions across the Three Waves of Intervention and in line with the company therapeutic focus model.
– To undertake high quality clinical assessments of children and young people and develop formulations of therapeutic need. To write reports as part of a multidisciplinary team or individually to reflect assessment, progress and outcomes as required.
– To work closely with our children and young people ensuring personalised adaptable plans of support, communicating, reviewing and celebrating children and young people’s success and achievement with them.
– To develop evidence-based programmes of intervention and to formally evaluate the impact and outcomes of such interventions.
– To role model to all children and young people, educati
