Staff Nurse RNLD/RNMH
Service: Males (18+) – Learning Disability and Complex Needs
Salary: Circa 36,500 per annum (inclusive of enhancements)
Hours: 42 per week (Permanent)
Denbighshire
We are seeking interest from registered RNLD or RMN’s for a Staff Nurse position in a high performing independent Hospital in a picturesque part of North Wales. The service provides open rehabilitation and treatment for males (aged 18 years +) diagnosed with a learning disability and/ or additional complex needs including autism and mental health needs.
You will be supported by a very experienced Nursing / MDT and Management team.
Hours of Work: 42 hours per week on a rota basis, 12 hour shifts, 3 on 3 off which will include weekends and nights

Requirements:
-Applicants must hold appropriate Nursing qualifications (RNMH / RNLD / Diploma / Degree) as the roles foundations are on individualised patient care.
– Applicants must be registered with the NMC as an RMN or RNLD
– Applicants must be able to demonstrate continuous professional development.
– Applicants must have an understanding of recovery, patient centred care, team working, personal development, medication procedures, safeguarding policies and procedures, motivation skills, be self-motivated, flexible and organised.
Skills:
– You will be able to communicate highly complex and sensitive information.
