Band 7 CPN
Buckinghamshire / Remote
30.00 per hour
Our client are looking for a Band 7 locum CPN, to work within an Older Adult Community Team based in Buckinghamshire.
The service are keen to find somebody for an initial 3 month locum contract.
You will be working up to 37.5 hours per week: Monday to Friday 9-5 shifts with some flexibility and some WFH.
Duties:
Carrying out the min of 8 assessments per week for older adults who are referred to the memory assessment service and supporting senior staff with clinical enquires and carrying out medication compliance reviews and cognitive screening assessments with older adults with dementia.
NMC registration is essential.
Extensive experience working with patients with dementia is essential.
